Android/iPhone developer required

Hi,

I'm looking for an Android/iPhone developer to help create a v. quick solution for an art project that will be shown in the Science Gallery as part of HACK THE CITY, which will run from 21 June - 9 Sept, 2012. 

I require a developer who can turn the phone into a noise meter. Examples of such apps include:
