App Store review failure

After waiting 7 days my app went into 'In Review' status. 2 hours later it failed, judging server logs it was obvious the app hadn't even been launched by anyone, the failure was from an automated test.

The fail: One of my classes was acting as a delegate to a NSUrlConnection and that was all fine, I implemented the appropriate delegate methods, however I made the mistake of declaring the delegate method on my interface .h file. Force of habit, if I have implemented it, i tend to…

Where is your app selling?

So, you’re selling your app in all available app stores around the world, all 130 of them…

Are you…

xcake-ning sales stats

Wondering if anyone within x-cake has considered sharing sales stats amongst members.

I did a few apps based on location based gaming, when I moved them to free I saw alot of downloads in a couple of weeks (around 1500 downloads in 2 weeks). Before that had poor figures. First bunch of apps, see www.irulegames.com ,  were just to try out the iOS stuff so not too bothered.

But now I am very close to submitting a new app for the…

You can directly help the Haiti project by testing this phone app

This project is looking for some testers to help test an app called People Finder. I know you guys deal with iApps mostly, but if you could spread the word, that would be great.

Browsing the Obj-C runtime on the iPhone (now with protocols and properties, too.)

The first time I wrote a runtime browser was when I was trying to get my head around the NSBrowser class on NeXTSTEP 2.0. Ever since then, I've used some variation on this code to check out what was in any new framework that NeXT or Apple tossed out.
