Cocoa (and Xcode, and Objective-C)



When learning to write applications for a new platform, there are usually three things to consider:



1. The programming language you'll use,

2. The way in which the programming language you use will interact with the host computer to actually do stuff, and

3. The tools you'll use.



It makes sense then that before you can write an application, you need to master (to a degree) all three aspects.
