I'm currently working on graphical representations of the stats. I like the idea for the pronunciation.

Very nice app idea , Kevin !
I see there are some world baby name apps there but the Irish names must be of considerable interest to Irish Americans and the wider diaspora.

Feature enhancements in future versions come to mind - probably most of which you've probably already thought about.
eg, shake for a random name, vote on favourite names, Irish names of famous people (with links to wikipedia articles/bios), graphical representation of the stats on a name, pronunciations of the names (either phonetic or a spoken name streamed/downloaded as an mp3 snippet to the client).
