Share 'Forum improvements'

Hi, I think this post more addressed to Matt. I don't know does this "Ning network" allows plug-ins or something like that but imho it will be nice to add at least 2 features: 1) forum categories. To split Marketing, events and coding to different forums. 2) Add syntax highlighting. At least for C, Obj C, xml (other languages will be cool but not necessary).
