Share 'iPhone Backup - Any way to combine'

Just wondering does anyone know of any tool/process to combine different apps with saved data from different backup folders? I have a whole load of old Backup files with saved data in various apps, and my current backup went a bit skewiff. I have all the MDINFO and MDDATA files from various backups that I'd made but I dont have the PLIST files. Is there any tool that can generate a list of apps t…
