Who wants an iPhone 4S?

Hi All,

O2 Ireland have been kind enough to offer developers a "first place in the queue" for purchase of iPhone 4S on release day (just like they did last year).

Following conditions apply:

1. You must be an xcake developer

2. You must have an app published in the store.

3. You must have a post paid O2 account (or be willing to take on a post paid O2 account).

4. This will be a renewal of your contact with O2.

5. There is no discount on the purchase price - it is merely putting developers to the top of the queue.

 

Numbers will be limited, but everyone who was on last year's list got sorted.

This won't hold you to anything, but register your interest only.

 

O2 will go through the list and on or before the day of launch will phone you to update contracts, etc. and then have the device sent out to you.

Anyone know how they handled in-contract last year. Too bad, or just append 18 months to existing term?

 

Also does point 5) mean full sim-free price, or contract upgrade discounted price?!

 

Great to see them reach out like this regardless.
