Developer needed for web project (mobile app may follow)

An associate of mine has been building the bones of a novel E-learning platform which is primarily web based.

A mobile app may follow at a later stage, once the web presence is up and fully functional.

I've assisted as a software architect / project manager on the project.

We have identified that we need a fairly accomplished PHP/Javascript/CSS developer who can dig in and write Moodle plugins (mostly PHP/Javascript) based.

The individual doesn't need to be 100% familar with Moodle, per se but needs to be someone who has the skill set to extend a CMS, eg.. experience in Wordpress plugin development would be a good indicator of this skill.

Are there any X-cake members who are aware of anyone who might be free to discuss getting involved in such a project as a short term contract ?

Ideally, the developer would be based in Ireland. The project base is in the West of Ireland but the project owner is open to someone working remotely if we are sure the skills and enthusiasm match up.
